We are unique individuals, with different goals, bodies, metabolism, injuries and demands that greatly affect how we respond to diet and exercise. We believe that by taking small progressive steps, that are long term and sustainable, we can stay on track and achieve life changing results.
You will be assessed and coached not only on diet and exercise, but also on stress management, sleep cycles, hydration, breathing and energy building exercises.

Individualized Assessment
We begin with a thorough biomechanics assessment to establish how you are functioning, followed by a physiological load assessment. We then tailor a suitable program to improve your muscular-skeletal function, and lifestyle guidence to improve your physical health.
One-on-One Sessions
On your individual sessions you will be guided step by step on how to perform your exercises, and on the wellness practices and lifestyle changes. All sessions focus on giving you the knowledge and the tools to empower yourself and to be successful in making changes.
Progress Monitoring
Constant check-in and fine tuning, providing you the support and motivation, to stay on track. Plus re-assessments and new programs depending on length of package.
Nutrition Support
Personalized nutrition plans, based on your metabolic type, goals and budget. Guided by a professional chef on how to shop, prepare, store and portion your meals for optimal nutrition.

Carlos is a CHEK Level 1 practitioner, Integrated Movement Science Coach and Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and founder of Tenet Integrated Fitness.
His work focuses on building resilient bodies through intelligent movement, lifestyle foundations, and practical nutrition strategies.
Carlos detailed assessments makes his work unique and meticulously tailored to you. As a CHEK practitioner Carlos has gone through the most comprehensive training on holistic health available today, having a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, mind body connection and emotional wellbeing.
His approach considers the body and mind as an integrated system, that works synergistically and should be treated the same way.
Carlos also has over 20 years experience as a professional chef, and is very passionate about sharing this knowledge with his clients.
